Downtown Austin Condo Prices

The Austin Condo Market Index by AustinTowers provides a broad, month-by-month, snapshot of downtown Austin condo prices. The Market Index tracks reported condo sales via the Austin MLS but does not include a number of new-construction sales offered by developers.  The Market Index does accurately record aggregated sales of previously owned downtown condos going as far back as 2008.

This condo sales index is sponsored by REATX Realty, featuring the Spring Condos, in the Market District of downtown Austin.
